As a worldwide operating manufacturer of innovative thermal systems for commercial vehicles, Konvekta AG stands for the use of sustainable technologies and environmentally friendly materials.

Sustainability is strategy and basis for future viability. Environmental pollution and greenhouse emissions should not be "green washed" afterwards, but actively and purposefully avoided from the very beginning. Therefore, we do not focus on individual measures, but follow a holistic approach in all areas. 

The protection of our endangered environment has a very high priority in our company.

We are developer of the very first vehicle air conditioning system that operates as a heat pump with the environmentally friendly refrigerant CO2 (R744). We thus offer innovative solutions to reduce the use of climate-damaging refrigerants worldwide. Chemical refrigerants contribute significantly to climate change.

Our research activities in the field of environmental protection have already been honored several times.
For example, with the "German Environmental Award" or, more recently, with the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft (Donors' Association for the Promotion of Sciences and Humanities in Germany) for research activities with the seal of approval "Innovative through Research".
